San Antonio

The largest joint base in the U.S. Department of Defense.

Welcome to San Antonio

San Antonio is often referred to as “Military City, USA” and we are proud to wear that title! This nickname dates back to World War II and was made an official city phrase in March of 2017. With a registered trademark and city logo, this name indicated pride in Joint Base San Antonio, the largest joint base in the U.S. Department of Defense.

Today our military bases include Camp Bullis Military Reservation, Randolph Air Force Base, Fort Sam Houston, Martindale AAF, Texas Army National Guard, Brooks City Base, Port SA/Kelly Field, Lackland Air Force Base, and Lackland Training Annex. San Antonio’s storied military history goes back approximately 300 years, and in 1910 included the first U.S. military aviation flight at Fort Sam Houston.

With Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® corporate headquarters located in San Antonio, we often look for ways to honor and recognize our many hardworking military residents. One way our company currently gives back to this community is through our Coldwell Banker® Real Estate Military Rewards Program. Through this program, military families may be eligible to receive cash back or rewards when they buy or sell a home.

With a pulse on San Antonio’s economy, we recognize that San Antonio’s relationship with the military is one of the reasons our city has experienced such growth and prosperity throughout its history.

Providing exceptional service and a financial rewards program seems the very least we can do to pay it forward after all the military has done to enrich, bless, and protect San Antonio.
